Oh! Menu Minggu Ini

 saturday : 1kembong bakar + brokoli stirfry


  ahad : pagi pi jogging kt tasik titiwangsa

breakfast: 1 cawan susu skim
1kpg wholewheat + 1tbs peanut butter

 lunch and dinner : menu sama, cencaru bakar+1genggam brown rice+ulam taugeh,timun,kobis+tomato


 monday : breakfast salad telor 2biji

 dinner : ayam kukus dalam periuk
(resepi: 1 dada ayam perap dgn 1 or 2sudu sos kicap POPO+ajishio lada sulah,masuk dalam periuk,taruk air sikit, utk mereneh+masukkan brokol+1biji kentang)


tuesday: telor dadar & salad

dinner : 2kembung bakar + sayur taugeh+tauhu

  2. pearls: mmg wajib makan 3 kali sehari, tu normal, x boleh skip,,,

    saya mmg mkn 3x, blh jugak buat 5, utk snack time in between meal,klau lapar laar,..tp saya ok jer,..rasa kenyang,..in between minum air jerr,..yg penting jaga waktu makan,

  3. hari ni kul 2 ptg tak lapar.. tapi.. tetiba kul 4 plak rasa lapar.. tapi takder la sesangat.. lapar sebab skip lunch tadi..

  5. fuhhh.. berpoluh den dok bace post2 akk nih huhu..
    okay saya dah khatam blog dzul.. blok akk sy bace yang proses induction je.
    since saya pun tak mule lagi dengan diet nih so saya bace sikit2 dlu.
    saya ni bukanlah kategori gemok sgt kowt... but chubby... skrg kalau kwn2, family jmpe saya (bila da lame xjmpe) sume tegur..'weh asal kau makin gemuk nih?) okay.. fine.. 'aku gemok la kannnn'... dah byk kali dah ckp kat dr sndri.. nk diet..nak diet.. tp kdg2 kantoi jugak diet tuh.. kalau dpt mkn free.. kalau kwn2 ajak mkn sdp2.. ssh nak tolak isk.. bila dah kantoi slalu ckp 'esokla diet.. bile esok kantoi.. lusa la diet.. bile lusa kantoi..minggu dpn la diet' dan begitulah seterusnya!!!! sy pernah mkn pil mujarab la hape tah (supaya senang lawas).. pastu pnh gk mkn JM5... tp sume tak jalan!! menci... smpai naek fedup!! boipren mmg slalu larang2 saye jgn mkn mknn yg tak senonoh tu tp blkg die sy bedal jugak..)=.. skrg bdn dah mcm belon.. terase sgt bdn ni dah besar!!! amik gambar pun tak chumel dah!!! T_T...

    dah terlewat sy tawu psl diet atkins ni. nape la tak tahu dr awal2 tahun hrtu.. isk
    dah la awl januari ni sy nak tunang..)=

    then, bila tawu psl atkins ni...
    rs tak konfiden nk cube..
    sebab utama...sy ni ssh nk kawal makan..
    nafsu makan? jgn ckplaaaaaaaa hadoiii...
    first thing first.. sy kena SEDAR DIRI dulu..
    but how???T_T...

    sy kagum tgk dzul..tgk akk mampu kuruskan bdn..
    sdgkn sy tak sebesar dzul...tp xmampu nk kawal makan... T_T...

    mcm mane sy nk mulekan.. dr mne sy nk mulekan...?

    its never to late to get started.eat healthy, you loss naturally.

    just follow apa yg boleh, dan x boleh jer,..if tak tau nk makan apa, boleh refer, menu apa yg akan makan masa induction.

    selamat berdiet and good luck. diet is all abt to change our eating habit.

  7. awak buat apa2 exercise macam dvd jillian micheal tak? akak follow atkins dan buat exercis tu every 2 days, tapi berat still 88 - 87.5 tak moh turun2. dah 5 hari cam tu

  8. liya, betul ke tak turun,,selalu klau wat jillian,,kardio exercise,..plus ngan jaga makan,..sure turun. apa menu awk?...baru 5 hari,..cukup seminggu awk timbang yer.setiap org metabolisma x sama,..yg penting low carbs!
