lunch,sama ngan bf
dinner,ikan goreng n bak choy
ahad-bf-telur(2),leetuce,mayo
lunch-filamen stick
dinner-ayam goreng 2,cheese,bakchoy,telur.
utk hari yg strsnya nnti sy bgtau k.hhihhi.
tiap2 hr sy mnm 3-4 liter air n tiap2 pagi sy mnm olive oil.
