Oh! 27 Ramadhan 1431H

sahur:
sup kaki ayam...nyum3
rebus and reneh sampai lembut tulangnya
memang best
[maap yerrr,...setengah org tak makan kaki ayam]
tapi saya suka makan,..kari kaki ayam or buat sup...layan jerrrr


berbuka @ Saloma Bistro

chef cook tu masak masin2 laaa...
nak kawin agaknyerr
ni dah kali ke-3 bos pilih Saloma,..suka betul bos environment kt sini
food dia biasa2 jerrr,...


foo tasteting: kari ayam,ikan sweetsour,daging berjintan,dalca,sayur kobis mamak style

berbuka myoliza makan: sup ekor
and 2 ketul ikan pari bakar

ni shawarma: pita and ayam,..masin jugakkk

***makanlah,..selagi boleh makan and sihat kan,...hujung2 puasa ni,..diet myoliza ade lari sikit,...asyik kantoi jerrr,..hancus,...and tadi kt opis,..ade member tegur,..and cakap, "dah laa za, jgn diet lagi,..dah ok dah kurus mcm nii,..sekarang,.kurus2 sangat x cantik"....berat skg 52kg
errmmm,...kena maintain kan berat jerlaa lepas nii,....tapi klau makan over carbs kejap jerr,..leh put on weight,kan,..lagipun bulan puasa nii,..x pegi joging,...
tapi tiap2 hari myoliza still mendaki tangga yerr,..tingkat 14 ;D
