Oh! Tembam

ermm, dah kurus
and gemuk balik
tapi muka tetap tembomm kan
adelaah kurus sikit pipi tuu..
tapi tetap tembam...
and after raya berat naik 3kg,..tang pipi laa yg naik dulu
and perut sekali jadi BUNNNC...huhu
mmg obvious laaa,...
arini pun opismate tegur,...'berat hang naik yerr,..dah lama tk tengok,..muka kau tembamm..."
yerlaa,,akak jawab, ade mmg naik 3kg,..
tapi dia nyer compliments,..ok laa,...maintain cam nii,..hari tu kurus sgt,..
huhu,..yup bulan posa arini tu,..berat paling rendah seumur hidup 52kg...
boleh tak capai lepas reinduction, lepas nii ...target 50kg,..kwang3
biskut raya,..open house raya,..mood raya belum abiss lagi niii....
DUGAAANNNN,...CUBAAN,..
BETULLAH KAN,..DIET NI SIMPLE JER,..KITA LAAH APA YG KITA MAKAN
KALAU NAK BADAN BESAR MACAM TEMPAYAN,..MAKAN LAH BANYAK2 SATU TEMPAYAN KAN,..SAPA YG MAU.....GEMUK MCM TEMPAYAN,...SILA ANGKAT TANGAN ;D

bukan aper,..peringatan utk diri sendiri,..kita lah apa yg kita makan
