Oh! 24 Ramadhan 1431H



sahur:
500ml air kosong
2biji pisang (small size)
1mangkuk sayur campur

berbuka:
1biji kurma
500ml air kosong
2ikan jaket panfried
sayur baby kailan



dessert:
jap lagi nak makan taufoofaa...
beli 1mangkuk,..boleh kerr, brp carbs???
abaikan ajer yer,...nak makan jugakkk...;D
