Oh! Buntu...huhu

yer,..akak buntu...
berat tak nak turun2,...huwaaaaaa....58kg


dh tak tau diet apa yg betul dan sesuai...
maybe badan dh terbiasa nga diet akak amalkan.dan dh tak terima dah,....
huhuhu,..mmg susah nk tgk penurunan.
lebih2 lagi bahagian abdomen.
perut ,..al bunccc jer,...
masalah penghadaman pun makin teruk,...
susah nk membuang,....air dh minum byk....hari ni,.rasanya dh lebih 3 liter....
petang ni balik keje,..singgah beli pisang sesikat.....huhu....
nak beli yakult,..xder,..so beli jer...vitagen,..bakteria baik utk perut...
.....so kena amik balik psyllium utk serat....
badan akak mmg byk toksin laa mcm ni......

smlm,..off day,..clear kan annual leave,...so jalan2 kt KL Festival,....baru jer menyinggah padahal belakang umah jerr,....akak window shopping laa,...apa lagi,....merembat sandal hush puppies sepasang,...50% offer..hehe,.value for your money. ....x sampai seratus....




then singgah kedai Speedy...beli Jillian Michael nyer video...kena start rajin wat workout ikut cara Jillian pulak,..to beat  FAT yg degil,...rm12.90jer...yg rm19.90pun ade....


lemak akak dah menimbun kt abdomen niii,..tambah2 pulak,..sistem pencernaan yg x bagus,..bertambah laa buncit perut akak nii,....mcm mengandung 5 bulan.huhuhu




p/s.buat masa skrg akak masih mengamalkan diet yg sihat,..makan makan yg berkualiti,kurangkan manis,....dan kuantiti does matter...agaknya kena cari balik semangat yg hilang,...myoliza,,,jgn putus harap yer,...kitalah apa yg kita makan.chaiyok!chaiyok!

p/s.bila laa nk kurus ni,.....sungguh degil,..mcm mana nak buat.ade sesapa ade diet yg lebih baik.
tadi akk ade google pasal,..water retention diet ....also combine with lowcarbs diet.tp semua sifir diet adalah sama,..kena faham badan sendiri dan watch out what you eat,...portion per serving does matter.
