Oh! dah lama tak hapdet....

pekaba semua...kawan2, mekasih laa pada yg masih sudi baca blog akak and wat rujukan menu diet,
dah lama kan akak dh hapdet,..
lama pi honeymoon,...hahahaha
eh salah,..tak laa,..lama x on track diet,...kwang!kwang!kwang!
lama enjoy makan,....semua bedal....
enjoy my sweets makan time,..hahahha
dan 3 hari cuti deepavali,,,akak berjalan sakan jalan2 cari makan
ke penang,....
huhuhu,...and dgn bangga nya akak mengumumkan bahawasanya

AKAK SUDAH GEMUKKKK......huhuhu

p/s.smlm balik dr penang,,,terus timbang,..59kg,..amik kau...
 pg tadi,,,timabg,..57 kg,....adooooyaiiii...sudah GEMUKKK LAA.
bila nak diet ni,...makan yg berkualiti...huhuhu,..ni tidak,,semua bedal. ;(

Oh! Salam sejahtera semua Atkiners...

assalamualaikum semua Atkiners,..
kepada yg baru nk mencuba diet ni,..selamat mencuba yer,..no harm trying,..
eat healthy, u will loss naturally.
sebab kita laa apa yg kita makan.

kepada yg baru jumpa blog akak dan cuba diet ni,..sebelum tu paham dulu stage atkin ya,..
ade stage 1, 2, 3 , and 4.
apa yg boleh dimakan dan tak boleh dimakan,..leh refer link2 yg berguna kt sebelah ni.

and no idea menu apa nk makan,..leh refer kt posting lama akak,...MARCH 2010 yer,..selama 115hari,..hari2 akak posting apa yg akak makan,...at least dpt la idea sikit apa yg nk dimkan kan,..setiap org citarasa x sama,..kan.

tapi setiap org metabolisma jugak x sama,..mungkin kalau ikut sebijik menu akak pun,..mungkin ade yg turun byk or ade yg x turun..so kena paham laa, badan sendiri,..apa yg boleh dibuat,..keep your body aktif,..lakukan senaman,..simple one pun ok,...eg,naik tangga turun tangga 14 tingkat,..ade bran,,,? or joging sekali seminggu,..pagi2 is better,..or petang2 setiap hari,...

NAK KURUS SERIBU DAYA,..NAK GEMU SERIBU DALIH
ANDA BUAT ANDA DAPAT.
