OH! Supplements and Multivitamin

multivitamins~ ade 23jenis vit
livasil+vitaton+flaxseed
banyak nyer nak kena makan supplements,...blum campur ubat resdung,...huhu

    aaa laa kot,,akak amik multivitamin tu hari sabtuu,..yer laa,,kot tetiba sakit kepala,,and rasa penat giler,..igt kan sbb period ke time tuu,..lgpun baru balik sopping,..tp mmg akak rasa sakit kepala and letih. proses tambah vitamin dlm badan kot. ;D

  4. liza,congrats..sy pun tgh otw mengurangkan badan yg berat ni dgn atkins diet..sy ambil elken spirulina sbg suplemen..bagus,tak ada kesan sampingan pun..lgpun spirulina ni bleh neutralkan blik asid dlm bdn kita especially klu mkn nasi..
