OH! Hari ni makan ape...

breakfast
~500ml air kosong
~100ml susu magnolia
~1pisang
~2scramble eggs with oyster mushroom

lunch
~self compliments with ahli mesyuarat tingkap, mana lagi pi Kenny Rogers laa,..;D
~1/4 meal blackpepper+3side dished (pasta salad+coselow+salad garden)
   lepas makan kepala pening sampai ke petang,...sodium tinggi ker or dressing salad tuu yg buat myoliza pening,..selalu pilih yg lain salad tuu,...huhu...pening2,..or pasta tu high carbs,bukan wholemeal,..huhu apalagi sugar spike laa kaan,..
~ minuman plain water,..air yg paling sihat kan, zero carbs ;D


dinner
~500ml air kosong

~ 1mangkuk tomyam sayur+udang,..jerr,,,sbb lunch dah over kann

    entah dressing apa dlm garden salad tuu,.tetiba sakit dan pening kepala,..selalu x amik salad tuu,..
