  3. Salam myoliza saya kenal awak dari blog Dzul...saya nak minta tolong dan pendpt pasal atkins ni. Ini no HP saya 012-3202573, sms je saya nanti saya call. Saya masih membaca entri 2010 dan dah mula diet ni tapi masih byk benda yg blur. Waktu yg sama saya sedang cuba khatamkan semua. Maaf ye ganggu tapi saya tertarik cara myoliza memahami Atkins.
