Oh! Lagi testimoni yg berjaya KURUS dgn ATKINS

TANIAH untuk BICIKUT, kerana berjaya kurus dgn ATKINS.
sblm atkins,  berat 97kg, selepas berat 70kg.taniah sekali lagi


SO,..ANDA MACAM MANA.....DGN ATKINS SEMUA ORANG BOLEH KURUS,
TAK PAYAH TAHAN LAPAR, MAKAN 3 KALI SEHARI TAPI BERAT TETAP TURUN.
YANG PENTING LOW CARBS....
 (org obes mmg sensitip dgn carbs,..insulin resistant)

  1. oh kak liza.... Ikutkan hati nak sangat buat atkin diet balik. Tapi apakan daya, shu breastfeed baby shu. Maybe shu takkan ambil carbo secara berlebihan =)
