Oh! 1 & 2 Ramadhan 1432H

sahur :
500ml air + 1tbs psyllium husk
500ml air masak
1/2 sudip nasi goreng + 1/2 mangkuk sup ayam
3biji kurma madu

berbuka:
500ml air +1tbs psyllium husk
1/2sudip nasi
1 ekor kembong bakar+1mangkuk baby kailan goreng
500ml green tea

p/s.selingan tgk tv,kunyah2 kacang...ngeh,ngeh...
teruk betul laa,..niat dihati nk wat clean diet....huhu
aparaaa......kita tgk hari ke dua cam mana....

sahur pagi tadi,....
500ml air masakx2
3biji kurma
1kpg roti wholewheat with tuna+timun+tomato.

p/s.and i notice that,...myoliza xleh sahur amik nasik,..semalam badan lemah semacam,maybe insulin resistant kot,..rasa x bermaya sangat,...or x cukup tidur sbb bangun sahur awal,...hahaha, hantu tidur kan,
hari ni,..rasa ok sikit,..kepala x hanyut.
