Ni aku tunjuk lagi menu yang aku makan selama seminggu nii,..breakfast, lunch and dinner,..diet ni low karbohidrat,..makan 3 kali sehari,,,never skip meals,..but hanya boleh makan telor,ikan (semua jenis ikan,..ikan bilis pun boleh), ayam,udang (tapi sotong tak boleh sebab tinggi karbohidrat),semua ni boleh digoreng,rebus or panggang, kenapa..??? goreng tidak mengapa yer sebab minyak masak low carbo,..diet ni kita utamakan low carbo bukan low kalori, tak percaya boleh check atkin's diet, but some said atkin's doesn't work, but it's ok rite, no harm to eat healthy...sebab semua ni rendah carbo,..and lagi pantang dia you cannot take sos,kicap,bawang,gula,sos tiram,...and yg penting..yeszaaa,..kena minum banyak air,,utk cepatkan proses pembakaran lemak kt dalam badan...tak percaya,..tapi ada yang telah berjaya tanpa menahan lapar dan dahaga, spt adik Dzul kita, sila klik blog dia htp:\\taknak gemuk blogspot.com....selamat teruja!!!!
