Oh! 2minggu sudah

Yup,..hari ini cukup 2weeks induction for atkin diet, low carbo,..eat whatever u want only fish,meat,chicken,eggs , sayur hijau, kobis,bayam,salad,tomato,timun...but no nasikk plzzzz, meehon,keow teow or pasta,...minum air byak2 to burn calori,..and only 20gram carbo per day,...yup just follow that,..more details go to http://taknakgemuk.blogspot.com


Ok, minggu ke 2 ni aku turun 2kg gak, sama mcm 1st week,..so oklaah kan,,seminggu turun 2kg,..so 2minggu dpt turunkan 4KG tuuu,skrg berat aku 62kg,sebelum ni 66kg..yeayyyy,..tanpa berlapar n pil diet,..yes,yes,and yes,...chaiyok3 teruskan usaha murni nii lagi tuk dpt kn berat ideal,,agak2 brp tu 48kg,fuh fuh fuhhh,..tu berat masa umur 18 thn,..huhuu..takper2,..usaha tangga kejayaan kerana GEMUK itu HODOHHHHHHHHHHH



Ini aku nk tunjuk lagi menu2 diet yg aku makan sepanjang minggu induction,...pagi n dinner aku masak sendiri,...lunch jer makan kt gerai,..tu pun amik sup sayur ker,..tomyam,..or sup daging/ayam...

  2. hi,greatgirl,..sebelum mkn tu dzul pesan kena minum air or air suam byk2,..sebab air membantu bakar calori,...kalau lapar minum air,..insyaallah.

  3. time cuti stay kt bilik je leh la wat cmtu akak..time hari klas xleh nk minum banyak..sini sejuk,means xde peluh yg kuar..sume full ulang alik g toilet je..minum byk mmg cnfirm sejam tu 4,5 kali kene g toiet..
    tu prob 1st saya..
    congrats kt akak yg berat dh sama ngn sy..huhu sy dh 2weeks xturun2 dh..naik 1kg blk ada r..
    aritu kantoi mkn choc..cni dugaan choc plg kuat..pastu termkn sushi 2 ketul sbb ngidam sgt3..hehe..

    akak.cmne nk msk sup ikan?adaresepi x?especially utk salmon..
    bosan la asyik bkr je..

    akak x der resepi,,main campak jerr,..lagipun low carb semua x leh taruk,..bawang pun x leh,..tapi akak letak sikit,..akak nyer sup tu mcm rebus ikan jer,..boleh letak kiub/stok ayam bg rasa+celery+brokoli+tomato,..daun bwg ker,..garam sikit,..sedap laa tu secukup rasa,..;-)

  5. stok ayam or kiub tomyam cm tinggi je carbs..sy mmg suke mende berkuah..so cm riso2 nk mkn..
    yg lain dgg n ayam biase wt..ikan ni xnh wt takut xsdap..
    akak dh trun bape?sy dh xturun2 dh..huaa~

  7. akak,..masuk 3rd week ni,..mcm2 hal lak,...perut msuk angin,..otot cramp, backache...kantoi laa,..berat pun turun 1kg jerr,...suprdzul ckp kena amik anti asid..bgi yg ada gastrik,..huhu
