Oh! I feel GEMS

rasa gemuk
sudah gemuk
macam dah gemuk...
raya sebulan
makan-makan sebulan
mana tak gemuk...
bila put on weight ni...
part yg paling terserlah
adalah muka yg tembam dan perut yg kembang...hahaha
adooooiii yaaa.
siapa yang salah.
diri sendiri yg salah,..ikut nafsu.
huhu....

kenangan lama mengimbau kembali,..mau kah,..budak gemuk,,,huhuhu

p/s.dlm hati selalu beringat,..bila makan tak hingat...now 57kg..hadoiii

    losing weight is no 1 day journey,..cuba tgk BICIKUT pun dh berjaya,.latest testimoni,,yg penting azam dan iltizam yg kuat,..hanya diri sendiri yg boleh kontrol nak kurus or gemuk,sbb kita lah apa yg kita makan,..dok gitu BICIKUT,..hehe ;)

    p/s.jika jaga makan awk akn dpt hasilnya,dlm masa 3bln.insyaallah. good luck yer.
