    betul ke 10g, tu beehun ksong kot,..;) klau dh tmbh sos, ayam, sotong,kicang & sayur jd brp ,hehe

    but frankly say, akak senang jer,,if nak rasa jugk,,let it be your cheating day,..it ok, lepas gian,..tapi klau hari2,..kot lost track plak tk capai sasaran.kan

    *** loni pun ade amik susu nk nasi,..sikit2,...but now im craving for sweet thing pulak,..mcm mana tuu,...nnt akt post pasal carving for food,yerr. ;D

    arini dh cheat,pg bihun goreng lembab+milo, lunch nasi+kari daging+sotong sambal+nes ais..perh..

    lg 10kg nk capai ideal nih...

  5. akak... sy medik student overc so wktu mkn mmg out... bfast mmg sy daa wajib kn amik... cume lunch n dinner xtaw nk mkn pe.... tgh de klas... xde kdai mkn mcm mlysia... klu nk mkn jgak roti je satu2 ny mknn yg halal bole mkn... klu dinner plak, roomate sy msak aym yg de kuah so sy mmg mkn kuah je.... daa 2 mngu bwat diet ni tp still x jd.... xtaw nk bwat pe daa... nk sgt akak bg idea n tlog sy.... tolong la.... sy daa malu owg cbuk kate sy bulattt!!!!
