insyaallah,anda takkan GEMUK seperti anda yang dulu.
kalau naik pun sikit je,..yang penting kita tau apa yang kita makan.
makanan apa yg bagi kita gemuk kan.

Oh! Akhirnya kini Pasti di Puncak Kinabalu

alhamdullillah,..akhirnya myoliza berjaya menawan puncak kinabalu
pada 22-25 june 2012.
sama2 menjejak mimpi.
sama2 lurah didaki
sama2 puncak kita tawan.
berkat keazaman, latihan dan mental yg cekal.
GAMBATE...kami berjaya.
