Oh! Magis....

hahahaha,..mcm tak percaya
hari ni timbang scale tunjuk berat 55kg...
tak percaya,...nnt akak tunjuk bukti...hahahaha (nnt upload pic scale)
yang magis nyer,..hari tu mmg akak ckp nk low carbs 3 hari kan,...
tapi dugaan nyer kan byk,..tak der nyer low carbs,..hahaha
tgh hari amik nasik jugak,..;D
tapi SIKIT JER TAU,...kuantiti does matter
and kan ade open house raya opis kt Saloma,..
apa myoliza tak makan,...mula mkn nasi minyak kuzi kambing,ayam masak merah,rendang..
lepas,..mee rebus...satay..cucur udang,..sup daging &roti bun,..otak-otak..
biskut raya,,,lagi laa,..tak habis dok mengunyah...hahaha
mcm tak percaya pulak,..boleh turun,..mmg tak strict...huhuhu

cuma,..hari2 breakfast and dinner akak makan 2 kpg roti wholemeal with tuna&timun+tomato atau wat sandwich telor,..tgh hari jer amik nasi 1/2 senduk+lauk+sayur...

minuman utama,..air kosong...;D baik utk kesihatan.

tapi semlm and hari  ni,..kacau nescafe..1 mug ;D

macmm tak percaya laa kan,....ker penimbang akak tu dah rosak,...kwang!kwang!kwang!

apa2 pun,...akak cuba kontrol kuantiti yg akak makan,..nak cuba kira kalori,..

Oh! Lagi kisah adik saya yg berjaya kurus jugak...

haaa,..ni akak myoliza nak share pasal adik syahiroo
rupa-rupanya dalam diam-diam,..dia pun dh berjaya kurus,..yg sebelum ni tembam dan comel.
sekarang lagi comel laa kan,...HARUS laa kan.

sebelum 97kg

apa-apa pun adik ku,..taniah,..moga transformasi ini menjadi inspirasi untk orang lain,..yg mempunyai misi yg sama seperti kita,..TAK NAK GEMUK,..KATAKAN GEMUK ITU HODOH.
OBESITI SIFAR UNTK SEMUA.

Oh! Nak Low carbs 3 hari boleh...

hehe...ahad ni ade open house lagi...
tak abis2 kan open raya...
ni open house opis at Saloma Bistro..dh 3thn berturut-turut dh kat sini
kena jadi usherer,..so kenalah diet...
i want to look good...huhuhu...xnak tembam dlm gambar,,,boleh..;)

p/s. smlm pun jadi usherer at UIA signing ceremony at Marriot Putrajya,...

bila put on weight ni...
part yg paling terserlah
adalah muka yg tembam dan perut yg kembang...hahaha
adooooiii yaaa.
siapa yang salah.
diri sendiri yg salah,..ikut nafsu.
huhu....

kenangan lama mengimbau kembali,..mau kah,..budak gemuk,,,huhuhu

Menunggu sesuatu yang sangat menyebalkan bagiku

saat ku harus bersabar dan trus bersabar
menantikan kehadiran dirimu
entah sampai kapan aku harus menunggu

Gelisah sesaat saja tiada kabarmu kucuriga
entah penantianku takkan sia-sia

saat kau jauh disana rasa cemburu
merasuk kedalam pikiranku melayang
tak tentu arah tentang dirimu
apakah sama yang kau rasakan
walau raga kita terpisah jauh
namun hati kita selalu dekat
bila kau rindu pejamkan matamu

kekuatan cinta kita takkan pernah rapuh
terhapus ruang dan waktu
percayakan kesetiaan ini

perasaan resah gelisah

banyak segala misi dan ambisimu

Oh! Berat naik selepas raya....

salam semua,...selamat kembali..daaa
macam mana raya,...raya sakan or makan sakan....macam2 ade kan,...
and sedap sedap semuanya,...
myoliza makan satay, nasi impit kuah kacang,..nasi dagang,..beehon,..roti jala..nasi beriyani,..
hrmmm...lumayan kan,..
myoliza cuti raya di kota bharu lebih kurang 7 hari,..dari 27/8 lagi,...raya ke-5 dah bertolak ke KL...
giler jammed,...tiap2 tahun situasi yg sama.
tapi tahun ni,..adik myoliza ikut route trengganu,..walaupun tak jammed,..tapi perjalanannya sangat laa jauh,..
kesian adik myoliza....drive sorang2...huhu

so,..macam mana,..semua dah timbang berat ker,...ade yg gained weight ker,..
myoliza dah timbang,..smlm dan pagi tadi,...berat sekarang 56kg.
tapi perasaan macam kembang jer,....huhuhu...

hari ni,..insyaallah myoliza puasa 6.
almaklumlaa,..awal2 raya ni,..byk kedai makan blum beroperasi lagi,..so baik puasa kan...;)

jom puasa enam...kawan2.
