Oh! XPerimentasi Tak sayang diri....

dah lama myoliza tak post menu diet kan.
sebab apa,...sebab skang, sebulan bulan May ni,
myoliza makan jer,benda2 yg takboleh dalam phase1, phase2, phase 3, tuu,..

huhu..
myoliza mkn roti wholewheat,,,(ni ok lagi)
kdg2 myoliza breakfast nasi lemak...
myoliza ade makan pizza
haa,..makan mcChicken,,,sbb tergoda dia nyer offer kan,,beli 1 free 1...for dinner
minum air soya...
breakfast makan kuih kasui and ketayap jugak,..padahal dah bekal 2 biji telor rebus...
malam malas nak dinner,,,so makan buah mangga
minggu ni,,breakfast minum Nescafe ;D
time lunch mmg myoliza dah amik nasi,..1/2 genggam.

so, ape kesan dia....berat naik tak...?
berat ade kenaikan jgk,,dlm 1kg...
% lemak mmg byk lagi,...
fizikal bone bagus...
and,..badan terasa sengal2 dan berat.

so, konklusinya, kitalah apa yg kita makan.

apa2 pun yg kita makan, kena tau,..tahap BMR badan kita,..setiap org result tak sama.

p/s. masih berusaha utk krgkan 5kg,lagi,...lemak yg degil.
      skrg,  myoliza cuba body squat for fat burning.

nota penting: sebelum melakukan apa2 senaman, kena buat dulu pemanasan badan ye, 20-30minit,..sbb 30min pertama, tu,,,badan akan hilang muscle,jika x buat pemanasan,..kita nak bakar lemak, bukan nak hilang muscle ya!!!

so, lakukan stretching and body squat dulu, sebelum berkardio or jogging.

selamat berdiet.obesiti sifar utk semua.

  1. ayu,..teruskan cara pemakanan mcm biasa,and leh tambah, food allw utk phase2, teruskan atkins,sehingga capai berat idaman.
    bila berat turun, badan dh mula serasi dgn diet tu,..

    cuba check apa yg awk mkn,...tak mungkin,berat akan naik jika awk tak makan lebih dan mknn yg dr yg disyorkan.

  4. kak sy mmg da biasa amik suplemen. sy bercadang nak wat diet ni. sy tgk suplemen sy ada 11.2carbs. bleh ke sy teruskan suplemen dan kawal spy xlebih 20carbs/day?

    supplement apa tu,..? 11.2carbs tu per serving ke?
    for induction limit to 20g carbs jer per day?
    tinggal bal lg,..9.8carbs,..huhu, kenyang kerr klau amik supplements awk tu,..kena mkn 3x sehari, and jgn bagi perut masuk mode lapar.ok.
